Skiing

Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is one of the top resorts in all of North America, with more than 150 trails and one of most extensive terrain parks there is. The surrounding mountains also serve as a wintertime playground for cross-country skiers, snowshoers, and snowmobilers.

Biking

During the spring thaw, Mammoth Mountain reveals miles upon miles of the most dramatic biking terrain you’re likely to see. Take a thrilling high-speed ride down the hillside or travel through the highways of the Sierra Nevada Mountains for an incomparable experience.

    February 27 - March 3, 2012

    Come watch as the top snowboarders and freeskiers go big in the halfpipe and slopestyle events. This is a nationally televised winter competition.

    The Tamarack Cross Country Ski Center is hosting nordic events including the Winter Biathlon, Mammoth Marathon, and the Tour de Taste. Mammoth welcomes veteran and beginning nordic skiers.
